Every person who comes to Anandoham Health arrives with a unique constellation of distress — shaped by their history, their relationships, their inner life, and the frameworks through which they understand the world. The work here is not one-size-fits-all.

It begins where you are.

Dev's Vedic Therapy — DVT

DVT combines structured psychological work with specific mind-body practices — including regulated breathing techniques, focused attention practices, and cognitive reframing drawn from the Bharatiya knowledge tradition.

They are precise, trainable mental tools — techniques that systematically calm the nervous system, regulate thought patterns, and build what modern psychology calls psychological flexibility. The difference is that they come from a tradition that has understood not just the mind but beyond the mind for thousands of years.

DVT is particularly effective for those who feel that something remains unresolved even after conventional therapy — a persistent restlessness, a recurring pattern, a sense that the root has not been touched. The work here addresses that root.

Integrated Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one Online Therapy Sessions, tailored to your specific psychological and emotional needs. The approach is clinically integrative — drawing on CBT, ACT, Person-Centred Therapy, and Gestalt among others— and entirely secular in its application.

Vedic frameworks may inform how we understand your patterns and experience, but the therapeutic tools used are evidence-based and clinical. No religious or spiritual practice is required or assumed.

This is the right starting point if you are coming with a specific concern — anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, existential distress — and want rigorous, structured psychological support.

The Anandoham - Retreat

Set in the mountains of Sikkim — the land where Dev was born and where the Vedic tradition runs deepest — the Anandoham Retreat is a residential programme unlike anything else available today. Over the course of the retreat, participants engage in individual therapy sessions with Dev, daily Pranayama and breathwork practice, guided meditation, and structured engagement with the philosophical foundations of the DVT framework. The retreat is designed for those who want to go further than weekly therapy allows — to step away from ordinary life, go inward with proper guidance, and return with genuine clarity.

Each retreat is small, personalised, and led entirely by Devdarshan. The Himalayan setting is not incidental — it is integral. The altitude, the stillness, and the proximity to a tradition that has understood the mind for millennia all become part of the therapeutic process.

The retreat programme is currently being developed. If you would like to register your interest and be among the first to attend, please get in touch.

Format: Residential | Sikkim, India |

Devdarshan is available to speak at universities, research institutions, corporate organisations, yoga centres, and community groups on topics spanning integrative psychology, the clinical applications of Bharatiya knowledge systems, mental health in the diaspora, and the intersection of ancient wisdom with modern psychotherapy.
