Who are we?

“At Anandoham Health, we integrate evidence-based Western counselling with the depth of Bharatiya wisdom to support both mental and spiritual well-being. We believe every human is innately

Anandam—blissful—and our work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with this natural state through culturally rooted, practical healing.”

Our Approach

The concepts of Karma, Bandhana, Moksha, Janma, Kāla, and Saṃsāra are not abstract philosophical ideas but lived realities that quietly shape our everyday thoughts, relationships, and suffering. At Anandoham Health, these principles are woven directly into our therapeutic work, integrated thoughtfully with Western psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This creates a form of care that is both culturally grounded and spiritually meaningful, allowing individuals to explore distress within a framework that feels familiar, coherent, and deeply human. We believe the time has come to reconnect mental health practice with indigenous systems of understanding rather than viewing them as separate from scientific psychology. Our Vedic Therapy approach, developed through clinical practice, has already shown profound and lasting transformation in those who engage with it.

Therapy at Anandoham Health is integrative and individual-centred. Rather than applying a rigid model, the therapeutic process is tailored to each person’s psychological, emotional, and cultural context. Drawing from multiple evidence-informed approaches—including CBT, Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gestalt therapy—the work is adapted to suit the individual’s needs, supporting holistic well-being across mind, body, and lived experience.

Why Anandoham Health?

The concepts of Karma, Bandhana, Moksha, Janma, Kala, and Samsara are not merely philosophical ideas but lived experiences for us. At Anandoham Health, we embrace these realities to guide our therapy, offering an approach that is both culturally relevant and spiritually enriching. We believe it is time to reclaim our own rationalities in the therapeutic process. Our Vedic Therapy has already shown transformative results.
