People often tell me that meditation has never worked for them, and that breathing techniques have never worked for them. It is almost always because they were doing it wrong, or doing it impractically, without appropriate guidance. One has to find the appropriate method. Because I have studied yoga, prāṇāyāma and meditation as well as the Western techniques, I teach them categorically and systematically: specific prāṇāyāmas and specific meditative practices, chosen for the individual.

In sessions the practice is chosen for the person and taught one step at a time, starting with something short enough to do that same evening.
